The app

Ant Art Colony is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies unless these terms say otherwise. We may update the app — new levels, features, or fixes — at any time.

Coins, gems & other virtual items

Coins, gems, and any other in-game currency or item have no real-world monetary value. They can't be exchanged for cash, transferred to another player or account, or redeemed outside the app. We may adjust in-game economy balancing (earn rates, costs) in future updates without notice.

In-app purchases

Remove Ads, Unlimited 4x Speed, and diamond packs are one-time purchases billed through your Apple ID by the App Store. All sales are handled and, where applicable, refunded by Apple under its own policies — Codifya does not process payments or issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Ant Queen Pass subscription

The Ant Queen Pass is an auto-renewing subscription. Here's exactly how it works:

• Length: billed monthly, for as long as it stays active.
• Price: $3.99 per month, charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: your subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal charge: your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price unless we've notified you of a change in advance.
• Managing or cancelling: go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or manage it directly in the App Store. Turning off auto-renew doesn't cancel the time you've already paid for — you keep Queen Pass benefits until the current period ends.

Acceptable use

Play fair: don't use cheats, exploits, bots, or modified clients to manipulate progress, currency, or purchases, and don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from the app beyond what's permitted by applicable law. We may suspend access for accounts or devices that abuse the game in these ways.

Ownership

Ant Art Colony — its code, art, levels, and design — belongs to Codifya. Nothing here transfers ownership of the app to you; you're granted a license to play it, not a copy to redistribute or repurpose.

No warranty, limited liability

Ant Art Colony is provided "as is." We work to keep it fun and free of bugs, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, available without interruption, or perfectly compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, Codifya isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end access for accounts that violate these terms. Ending your use of the app doesn't cancel an active App Store subscription — that's managed separately through your Apple ID, as described above.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll update this page and move the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law in your country grants you additional rights that can't be waived.
